Being up to date is essential with software development projects. Progress can be rapid, especially when a team of people are all working together. That’s why we always keep your named contact constantly informed of progress by phone or email, whichever is the most appropriate.
Essential requirements
At various stages of the project, we’ll require information and assets from you. We’ll give you plenty of notice, don’t worry. It’s also important that our team has face-to-face meetings with you at key stages, rather than having a game of email ping pong – anyway, it’s always good to chat things through in person.
Presentations in person
There are stages throughout design and development where we need to get in front of you and demonstrate the software to you. This is the exciting ‘show me the money’ bit. You get to see real progress and we get to see and note your reactions. We often run workshop meetings too where new ideas are discussed and big decisions and strides are made.
